Flexpoint announces Guidance

DRAPER, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Flexpoint Sensor Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:FLXT ) today announced guidance for the Company.  Flexpoint is principally engaged in designing, engineering and manufacturing bend sensors and products utilizing its patented Bend Sensor® technology,

As previously announced, the Company currently manufactures, or is jointly developing, 5 products that are being sold and supplied to current customers.   Many of these represent recurring sales and will lead to additional orders.  We are working to continue expansion of our customer base, with not only the number but the size of the contracts which will increase during the course of 2010.  We anticipate having as many as 15-20 different products featuring our patented Bend Sensor® technology on the market over the next 12-18 months.

The Company has several other large customers and products, both inside and outside of the automotive industry which we have been working with over the last several years that we expect to lead to significant production contracts for the Company.  Any one of these contracts could lead to significant annual production volumes and revenues.     

The President of Flexpoint, Clark Mower stated, “The Company anticipates annual revenue growth in excess of 100% for each of the next several years. We are working toward being cash flow positive and operationally profitable by the end of 2010.  I feel very positive about the future of the Company.  Any of the larger contracts or other products that we are currently working on could contribute in excess of $10-$20 MM in revenue annually. The Company will continue to aggressively pursue completion of these production contracts.”
