Flexpoint Announces Joint Venture and Marketing Agreement for the Universal Sensor

DRAPER, Utah, November 9, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Flexpoint Sensor Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: FLXT) http://www.flexpoint.com announced that they have executed a Joint Venture and Marketing Agreement with a U.S. firm for production and marketing of the newly announced Univeral Sensor. Under the terms of the agreement Flexpoint will produce and sell sensors to the Joint Venture Company who will then utilize them in an existing product. They will also jointly develop and market additional products utilizing the Universal Sensor.
