Flexpoint Announces New Purchase Order

DRAPER, Utah, June 3, 2011, (BUSINESS
WIRE) -- Flexpoint Sensor Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:FLXT) (http://www.flexpoint.com)
announced receipt of a purchase order for production tooling and molds to be
used in the construction of enclosure devices for their patented bend sensor®.
This is the result of a long period of development and testing of activation
devices that significantly expand the scope of use of the sensor in varied
applications.
The sensors, featuring Flexpoint?s patented Bend Sensor® technology,
will detect whether a seat is occupied or unoccupied and will be effective in
many different uses.

I believe that these sensors will replace many of the current
applications for occupancy sensors and will open many new areas of use for the
sensor. We currently have a purchase
order from Intertek Industrial Corporation and two other companies waiting for

this will lead to additional ongoing purchases of a significant number of
